Poker gaming action will be back in Romania this August when the Unibet Open returns to Bucharest at the end of this month. Players who attend the Unibet Open at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel will be able to take part in poker gaming, parties and more from the 30th of July to the 5th of August. Unibet has brought the tour to the area three times in its 11-year history.

Confirmed Players to Attend:

Several players have already confirmed that they will be taking part in the upcoming poker series. Unibet Poker will be sending several of their portal ambassadors to compete in Bucharest including Espen Jorstad, Dara O’Kearney, Dan Murariu, Ian Simpson, Daiva Byrne, Rauno Tahvonen and David Lappin. The pros are sure to use their best strategies to be able to outlast the competition, trying to earn a major event win!

Molly Bloom, the subject of the new poker movie, Molly’s Game, will be at the event set to take part in a book signing as well as a press conference. Molly will also be opening the cash games and taking part in a ladies event.

The schedule of events is quite large, offering several options each day of the Unibet Open. The first day will include a Satellite for the Main Event as well as a Monsterstack event. On the 1st, players will be able to compete in a Tag Team Championship as well as the Unibet Esports Battle Royale X. The Main Event will kick off on August 2nd with Day 1A with players paying a €1,100 buy-in and 30,000 starting chip stack. Blind levels will increase every 60 minutes.
